1. Cancellation Notice Requirements
1.1. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of any scheduled driving lesson.

1.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee as outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Cancellation Fees
2.1. Cancellations without adequate notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the lesson cost.

2.2. Failing to attend a scheduled lesson without notice (no-show) may result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the lesson cost.

2.3. Fees will be charged to the payment method on file or deducted from any prepaid lessons or packages.

3. Rescheduling Options
3.1. If you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, you may reschedule without incurring any fees.

3.2. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation, and associated fees may apply unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions
4.1. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the event of:

Medical emergencies (with documentation provided).
Exceptional weather conditions rendering driving unsafe.
Any other circumstances deemed reasonable by EasyGo Driving School.

4.2. EasyGo Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor unavailability, vehicle issues, or other unavoidable situations. If this occurs, affected clients will be promptly notified and offered a reschedule or refund without penalty.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
5.1. To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us via phone. Include your booking details and preferred alternative date and time (for rescheduling requests).

5.2. Cancellations or requests outside of our business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.
