Welcome to Easy Go Driving School, proudly serving Traralgon, Morwell, Tyers, Rosedale, Sale, Churchill, Moe, and surrounding areas in Australia. By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All driving lessons must be booked in advance via phone, website, or in person.

• Payment is required before or at the start of each lesson.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

• Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase date.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in forfeiting the lesson fee.

• Easy Go Driving School reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to instructor availability or unsafe weather conditions.

3. Student Eligibility

• Students must hold a valid Australian learner permit.

• You must bring your learner permit to every lesson.

• Lessons will be cancelled without refund if the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or deemed unfit to drive.

4. Instructor Rights

• All instructors are qualified, licensed, and insured.

• The instructor reserves the right to cancel or end a lesson if safety is compromised.

• We may assign a different instructor based on availability.

5. Use of Vehicle for Driving Test

• Our vehicles are available for use during your VicRoads driving test, based on instructor approval.

• Test-day packages include pickup, warm-up session, and drop-off at the testing location.

6. Vehicle & Insurance

• Easy Go Driving School vehicles are fully insured and roadworthy.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during lessons.

• In case of accidents, standard insurance procedures will apply.

7. Privacy Policy

• All personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, training, and legal compliance.

• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Amendments

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
